Using 100% UD carbon for the blade and 85% prepreg carbon for the handle provides a nice balance between stiffness and flex curve, providing good energy absorption for a variety of conditions. The composite handle provides increased comfort and a secure grip, while the ABS rail provides integrated blade edge protection. Strong and durable, the Carbon Plus is the “do it all” design for experienced and novice paddlers.
