Return and Refund Policy
We will be happy to refund any new and unused merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery or in-store pickup, upon presentation of your electronic receipt. Returns can be made in-store or by mail at the customer’s expense (usually between $10 and $25). Pre-orders are non-refundable.
Holiday Period: The eligible return period is extended until January 31.
Returns from the United States
For orders shipped to the United States, SUP Montréal is in no way responsible for paying customs duties, clearance fees, import taxes, sales taxes, or any related charges associated with the shipment or return of goods.
Any item returned from the United States will be refunded less:

the original shipping fees,
-
any customs duties, clearance fees, import taxes, sales taxes, and related charges billed to SUP Montréal for the return.
This same policy also applies if a shipment is returned to us by the carrier due to a failed delivery attempt or because the recipient did not pick up their package.
Please note that SUP Montréal cannot know in advance how much these fees may be, as they vary depending on the carrier, the value of the order, and applicable customs regulations.
We strongly recommend using a carrier that offers prepaid duties and taxes (Delivered Duty Paid – DDP) to avoid additional charges.
Exchange Policy

Warranty and After-Sales Service
All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of one year. Some products may have a longer warranty period, which will be specified in the product description if applicable.
