Delivery Times
We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Under normal conditions, orders will arrive at their destination approximately 1 to 4 business days after the order confirmation date.
A confirmation email will be sent as your packages are shipped. The tracking link included in that email is the most reliable source of information to follow your shipment. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees apply and vary depending on the price and size of the items. Free shipping is offered across Canada for all orders of $99 or more before taxes, except for rigid boards.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If, for any reason, you fail to collect your package and it is returned to us, the shipping costs incurred for the return will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that all packages are shipped with a maximum insurance coverage of $100. In the event of a lost package, no refund will be issued until the carrier has completed its investigation. Investigation times may take up to 30 days.
Order Processing Time
We prepare online orders within 24 to 48 hours, excluding Sundays and Mondays.
Import Taxes, Duties, and Related Fees
For any order shipped outside of Canada, Boutique SUP Montréal inc. is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged to the recipient.
These fees are determined by local customs authorities and may vary depending on the destination country, the carrier used, and the interpretation of its customs broker.
Our website may estimate and charge import fees at checkout; however, these amounts are indicative only and may differ from the final amount charged upon delivery. You may therefore be required to pay an additional balance when receiving your package.
