DESCRIPTION:
Highly anticipated, the 9'6 is the first board in the Go series designed for surfing and leisurely cruising. The 9'6" is designed for lighter riders, offering a lighter board to carry, with good glide and stability, while remaining completely agile and responsive for riding the waves. The design of this model references other highly regarded Starboard designs, taking cues from the Avanti and incorporating elements from the popular Wedge range, such as the rails and bottom shape. With a width of 31 inches, the outline and flat deck provide solid stability for comfortable paddling, while the pulled-in tail and thin rails make it highly responsive in turns. The length allows for catching waves early and is quick to pivot back into the lineup, all while maintaining agility to noseride in classic longboard style. For those looking for a board capable of cruising, surfing, and easy transportation, the Go Surf ticks all these boxes.

THE FLAT DECK:
The flat deck utilizes the full width of the board, giving you better stability when the sea is rough.
ELASTICS:
On the nose of the board, you can store your gear while you paddle. The elastic can be removed during navigation to allow for unrestricted movement on the nose.
THE NOSE:
The rounded nose offers a combination of stability and good steering performance. The round tail has enough surface area to balance glide on flatwater while remaining responsive during turns.
RAILS:
The rail thickness is greater in the midsection to ensure overall board smoothness and stability. The nose and tail have thinner rails to reduce weight during turns and provide more bite in the maneuvers. The rails are derived from the Wedge range and require less pressure to engage on the wave.
2-IN-1 CARRY STRAP AND PADDLE HOLDER:
Transporting the board on the water is effortless and it provides the option to attach your paddle when not in use.
5-FIN OPTION:
Offers good control and hold in turns, while the single fin offers more release and speed. It is recommended to switch to a single fin for paddling in calm waters. The 170 central fin and 4.7" side fins are included with the Go Surf.
