Hydroslick edges
Hydroslick edges reduce energy loss by creating a smooth water release at the back of the board. The result: improved paddling efficiency and increased speed! Additional handles at the front make it easier to get in and out of the water, even on slippery banks. The dual-density deck pad provides a soft, comfortable surface for getting on and off the board, while ensuring excellent grip while riding.
Fusion Drop Stitch
All Naish premium boards are now made with Fusion material, the most advanced in the industry. It is achieved by fusing a layer of solid polymer to the drop stitch during manufacturing. This results in a stiffer and more durable construction, reducing the board's weight by approximately 2 kg while maximizing its rigidity.
Double Layer Rails
Naish inflatables now feature a wide double layer of PVC on the rails. The result: greater durability, longer life, and increased rigidity.
US Fin Box System
The 2022 Touring models feature slim US housings and come with a racing spoiler, wing screw, and Phillips head screw (drag reduction) to allow you to customize your setup to suit the conditions.
High pressure (21 PSI)
Thanks to an improved manufacturing process using premium materials and glues, Naish boards can be inflated up to 21 PSI. This ensures exceptional rigidity that approximates that of a composite board. Each board is manufactured to the highest quality standards in the industry to ensure durability and performance.
Why rigidity is important
When a board bends, it acts like an I-beam: the top skin compresses while the bottom skin stretches. The stiffer the board, the more energy expended while paddling is used to move forward instead of flexing the board. This is why Naish uses Fusion materials and carbon reinforcements on its high-end models: to offer the greatest possible stiffness and optimal performance.
