A NEW GENERATION OF RACING:
Our goal was to create a fast, easy to use race board with a low profile for technical racing, small bumps and surfing.
This range sits between the Sprint and the All Star, with the Sprint being our fastest flat water model and the All Star being our all conditions racing SUP and most winning board of all time.
After seven rounds of prototypes and extensive testing with multiple riders, we arrived at a design that delivers impressive acceleration, balanced glide, little bow splash and solid cornering stability.
LIGHTER, DURABLE AND CONTROLLED FLEX
The narrow outline of the tip of the nose is meant to slice effectively through flat water as well as hoe the ocean. The lower rocker of the nose shares its genetics with the Sprint, extending the waterline for quicker acceleration and extended glide. While the low rocker of the nose helps with early wave absorption, the rider must back off to get over the waves.
The nose volume is designed to handle medium ocean chop and perform in technical racing, surfing and flat water. It is generally thinner than the All Star by about 4cm thick.
The deck has been designed to have a slightly lowered standing deck for added stability. At the same time, the side walls are low, making it much easier to get off the beach and get back on the board.
Smooth, round rails run the entire length of the board. This allows the board to be balanced in chop and predictable in surf and downwind. The round rails are wide for stability and balance.
The best bottom shape for a wide range of conditions, the flat bottom is fast in everything from surf to sprints. The flat bottom is very predictable to control in flat, ocean chop.
Features a wide tail with a crisp release. Turns are super easy on this model, and the wide tail also gives you great control in the surf.
The unique central drain hole allows water to drain completely from the semi-recessed deck. While virtually no water remains on deck while underway, the unique central drain hole directs excess water away from the cockpit. The recessed carbon deflector minimizes any drag for a clean release.
The Gen-R is the technical/beach race specialist. The grips are modular with our screw system to fine-tune grip positioning.
The Gen-R is our first race model to feature the 10-inch fin box to fine-tune the rider’s preferences. We equipped the Gen-R with a larger box for tuning. Technical races would benefit from a fin further forward for quick turns, while longer races would benefit from a fin further back in the box. Box placement varies for downwind as some riders may prefer less or more tracking when riding swell.
One of the key design criteria for the Gen-R was to have a lightweight, thinner profile technical raceboard. This highly anticipated model is designed to be a thinner model for quicker acceleration, easy beach starts, and excellent performance in the surf and around buoy turns. The thinner profile also helps maintain control in crosswinds and side chop.

The 3k prepeg biaxial carbon is an ultra-lightweight weave and creates super stiff performance throughout the fin. The trailing edge is 0.4mm for clean hydrodynamics. The new fin range adds speed and performance like never before.

Designed for riders over 120kg, or intermediate riders looking to enter the racing world, and move up a level. The 29″ is our most voluminous and stable size in the Gen-R, very easy to ride, with a flat deck for beach starts and easier re-boarding.

Designed for the “go to board” riders over 110kg, the Gen-R has been designed for technical racing and small swell. The flat deck allows you to tackle surf and small swells with ease, and the 27″ Gen-R is a fantastic model for intermediate riders and larger paddlers looking to increase their speed.

The 25″ will be one of our most popular Gen-R models due to its suitability for a range of riders in a variety of conditions. Suitable for intermediate and elite riders, the 23″ Gen-R is the highly anticipated model for technical racing and small chops. The slim profile, flat deck design is a popular concept for its ease of use in beach starts, and in turns around buoys – with the wide tail design – and its versatility against light swell, surf racing and sprints. The 23″ model is the ideal flat deck raceboard for riders up to 90kg.
