Examples of activities

SUP-Aperitif

This formula is one of the most popular: a perfect mix of challenges and socialization to promote cohesion. 

We will start with a short introduction to paddle surfing and then descend the river for 7km. During the descent, we will stop on the water to form a floating island and have an aperitif while letting ourselves be pushed by the light current.

You will learn the basics as well as more advanced techniques for those who wish.
