If like many people, you are looking for the best combo and you won't be hitting the water until at least mid-May, here is the best combo to have! 
Two pieces: a long jane/john 1.5mm or 2mm which allows you to move without having your shoulders covered. Your upper body is always hot anyway. Then if it's a little cool, we add a neoprene top which will transform our kit into a 3/2 mm wetsuit. In the end you gain flexibility and versatility for the same price as a 3/2 mm wetsuit
