A GREAT BOARD FOR LAKES AND SMALL WAVES
DESCRIPTION :
The GO Surf 9’6” x 31″ has been designed for lighter riders and specifically women up to 95kg, offering a lighter board to carry, with good glide and stability, whilst still being totally agile and responsive for turning in the waves. The design of this model references other popular Starboard designs, reducing the outline of the Avanti, and using the rails and bottom shape of the popular Wedge range.
At 31" wide, the outline and flat deck provide solid stability for comfortable paddling, while the tucked tail and thin rails make it very responsive for maneuvering through turns. The length allows for early entry into waves and quick paddling to sets, while still being agile enough to swing the nose of the board in classic longboard style. For those looking for a board that can cruise and surf, while also being easy to transport, the GO Surf ticks all the boxes.
Possibility to ship the board to Quebec. Contact us to know the price.
DIMENSIONS:
- Length: 9'6''
- Width: 31''
- Thickness: 4.0''
- Weight: 10.5 kg
THE FLAT DECK:
The flat deck uses the full width of the board, which gives you a better
stability when the sea is rough.
ELASTICS:
On the nose of the boat you can store your equipment while sailing. The elastic can be removed while sailing to
to navigate freely on the nose.
THE NOSE:
The rounded nose provides a combination of stability and good handling performance. The rounded tail has enough surface area to balance glide on flat water while still being responsive when turning.
RAIL:
The thickness of the rail is greater in the mid-range to ensure fluidity and stability of the entire board.
The nose and tail have thinner rails to reduce weight in turns and give you more bite in the turns.
The rails are from the Wedge range and require less pressure to engage the wave.
2 IN 1 SHOULDER STRAP AND PADDLE HOLDER:
Transporting the board on the water is effortless. And it offers
the ability to attach your paddle when not in use.
OPTION 5 FINS:
Provides good handling and cornering grip, while drifting provides more release and speed.
It is recommended to switch to a single fin for flatwater paddling. The 170 center fin and 4.7" side fins are included with the Go Surf.
